the mandate entrusted, and they will therefore be subject to disclosure by publication on

websites, social networks and/or printed publications and the Interested Party expressly

agrees to do so.

There is also the possibility to communicate the information concerning the property/s subject to

mediation to other real estate agencies to improve real estate research. The communication will

take place in any case with the protection of rights guaranteed of the Interested Party and with the

prohibition of further communication or diffusion without explicit authorization in this regard.

The data will not be disclosed to third parties, nor will it be disseminated unless explicitly requesting

consent. Some of your Personal Data may be transferred to Recipients that could be found

outside the European Economic Area.

In any case, personal data will be kept for a period of time no longer than is strictly necessary for the

purposes indicated. Personal data that do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes indicated will
